the game we love was built on muddy pitches, borrowed balls and volunteers who keep showing up.

for decades, that was the deal. Grassroots rugby got handed what was left over.

"Good enough" was good enough. Until it wasn't.

every ball on this wall went to a club that kept going anyway.
