For W RUGBY, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.

Returned products are inspected by W RUGBY's Quality Assurance team and, provided that the returned products do not conform to the contract of sale, including if any damage found is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, you have the right to have the damage or defect corrected. In case we provide you with a refund, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

1. Warranty Period: W RUGBY UK Ltd ("W RUGBY") warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that the rugby balls purchased from W RUGBY or an authorised dealer in the United Kingdom are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

2. Coverage: This warranty specifically covers:

  • Deflation Issues: Balls that lose air or cannot be inflated due to faulty valves or seams, not caused by puncture or external damage.

  • Stitching Defects: Unravelling or loose stitching that occurs despite proper use and care.

  • Shape Distortion: Abnormal shape changes that impair the ball's usability, assuming normal handling, inflation, and storage conditions.

  • Material Integrity: Degradation of outer material (leather or synthetic) that is not a result of normal wear and tear.

  • Colour Fading: Excessive colour fading within a short period, under normal usage and exposure conditions.

3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse and Abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, such as kicking against hard surfaces, exposure to extreme temperatures, or use in water. is , (e.g. exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.);

  • Negligence: For example, exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.

  • Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation from normal playing conditions, including scuffs, scratches, and minor material wear.

  • Unauthorised Modifications: Alterations or repairs done by non-authorised personnel, including re-stitching or repainting.

  • Improper Storage: Damage due to improper storage, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, damp environments, or storage under heavy objects.

  • Accidental Damage: Punctures, cuts, or abrasions caused by external objects or rough playing surfaces.

4. Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:

  • Provide proof of purchase.

  • Contact W RUGBY Customer Service within the warranty period.

  • Follow our instructions for returning the defective product.

5. Remedies: Upon receipt of the rugby ball, W RUGBY will:

  • Inspect the product to confirm the defect.

  • At W RUGBY's discretion, repair or replace the defective ball with a new or refurbished ball.

  • W RUGBY will cover shipping costs for the replacement or repaired product.

6. Limitations:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • W RUGBY's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.
