Grassroots Rugby: Our Game Begins Here

Why Grassroots Rugby Matters

Grassroots rugby is the stepping stone to the elite game of rugby. A dream for every player, the beginning of a journey to national and international success. A place where talent is nurtured, developed and where our love of rugby begins.

Grassroots rugby is the most important level of rugby to grow the game and inspire the new generation of players. We need to ensure it is properly funded, celebrate our unsung grassroots heroes and most importantly make everyone feel welcome and included.

Excite everyone. Include everyone.

We help grow grassroots rugby through our very own Project: Won for Won™. We match every W RUGBY ball purchase and donate another ball into grassroots clubs, communities and schools; Won for Won™.

Our mission is to ensure ever player has top quality rugby equipment which excites and enhances their drive to reach the next level.

The real hero is you.

It’s only because of you that we’re able to grow grassroots. You make the conscious decision to choose a rugby ball that is not only top quality, but helps the game off the pitch.

  • "We rely on parents to do their bit when we need rugby balls. Then we stretch them out for years" - Chairman, Newton RFC

  • "We'd love to give the girls some new rugby balls to play with, rather than keep asking them for money" - Captain, Doncaster Demons RFC

  • "We're only starting out this year trying to recruit players. New rugby balls means they'll enjoy coming to training" - President, UTAS Rugby

  • "The recent floods have damaged our equipment sheds and we need to rebuild" - Club Secretary, Hawkesbury RFC

Reach every corner.

We’re just a tiny start up making a huge difference to the world of rugby. We want to bring change not only to our own back yard but also globally. It’s tough to do it alone, so we’ve built a partner network of rugby charities, businesses and individuals who want to help make a difference.
